Robert J. Stoll, Jr. has been an attorney since 1970. A true trial attorney, Mr. Stoll limits his practice to major injury cases, insurance, and business litigation. He is a designated “Super Lawyer” and Los Angeles Magazine called him one of the “top attorneys” in Southern California. He was named one of the top 100 trial lawyers in America.

Mr. Stoll has tried over 100 civil jury trials, with over 50 to a verdict. Arguably, he has tried more civil arbitrations, binding and non-binding, than any other attorney in California (over 1,000).
