Gabriel A. Siniscal, Esq. is an associate attorney at Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov. Gabriel graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, and minors in music and German language. Gabriel then went on to graduate with honors from Loyola Law School, where he wrote for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. While in law school, Gabriel also competed in moot court, where he won best oralist and represented his school in the ABA's national competition. Upon graduation, Gabriel passed two bar exams, and became licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada. Prior to joining Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov, he served as a judicial clerk for the Supreme Court of Nevada and then returned to Beverly Hills, California to practice commercial litigation.
Watching his father grapple with the debilitating effects of a spinal injury as he grew up caused Gabriel to develop a passion for helping his clients recover from their injuries. Gabriel represents plaintiffs in personal injury, motor vehicle, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death claims.
In his free time, Gabriel enjoys exercising, playing piano, and outdoor activities.
