Mr.
Nussbaum has been a member and partner of Stoll,
Nussbaum and Polakov since 1974. He obtained a Bachelor of
Arts degree from UCLA in 1968 and a Juris Doctor degree from
Loyola Law School in 1971. Mr. Nussbaum was admitted to the
practice of law in the State of California in 1972 and has
been a member of the State Bar of California in good standing
ever since. He has emphasized and specialized his practice
of law to help and protect the rights of individuals injured
on or off the job. Mr. Nussbaum has handled and litigated
all types of work injury matters, ranging from the basic specific
injury to the very sophisticated occupational disease.
Mr.
Nussbaum is a continuing member of various organizations including
the California Applicant’s Attorneys Association, the
Southern California Attorney’s Association, the Los
Angeles County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorney’s
Association of Los Angeles, and a member of the Million Dollar
Advocates Forum. He has appeared at and lectured to various
groups on the issues of worker’s compensation while
law emphasizing the need of injured workers to be aware of
their rights and privileges within the California worker’s
compensation system.
